Privacy Policy

American Marketing Alliance SPC ("AMA," "AMA SPC," "we," or "us") is a Washington State Social Purpose Corporation (RCW 23B.25). This Network-Wide Umbrella Privacy Policy governs how we collect, verify, process, and protect information across our 3-site community sponsorship pilot and the broader AMA Network ecosystem:

• amaspc.com (SPC Trust & Governance Layer): Corporate governance, Social Purpose Corporation mission disclosures, Community AI Gateway standards, and ecosystem member relations.
• localnonprofits.ai (Nonprofit Seller Intake & Packaging Rail): Guided AI intake, 501(c)(3) / organization verification, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) sponsorship offer packaging for nonprofits, schools, and community organizations.
• localsponsorships.ai (Sponsor Discovery & Routed Inquiry Marketplace Rail): Public discovery of approved sponsorship packages, side-by-side comparison, and confidential routing of sponsor buyer inquiries.

This policy also applies to affiliated AMA Network properties (including marketingco-op.ai, localmarketingtool.ai, funlist.ai, businesscalendar.ai, localeventplanner.ai, and thurstonai.com) that link to this canonical policy.

We operate under a strict Data Sovereignty and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) governance model:

• No Cross-Training: We do not use your private organization intake drafts, unapproved sponsorship strategies, or confidential sponsor inquiry payloads to train foundation AI models for third parties or competitors.
• The "Vault" Concept: Organization intake records and unapproved package drafts remain isolated in logical tenant silos until an authorized human representative approves publication.
• Auditable Access: AI agents and automated tools interacting with our platform do so only with explicit "Keys, Limits, and Receipts" under our AI Access Policy.

When a nonprofit, school, civic group, or community event organizer uses localnonprofits.ai to package sponsorship opportunities, we collect and process:

• Organization Verification & Tax-Exempt Status: Legal organization name, Employer Identification Number (EIN), IRS 501(c)(3) or equivalent civic/educational tax-exempt status, and regional service area.
• Authorized Representative Contact Details: Name, title/role, organization email address, and phone number of the human representative submitting or approving the intake.
• Document & URL Intake Materials: Public web URLs, event flyers, sponsorship decks, impact summaries, audience reach estimates, and tier deliverables submitted for AI-assisted structuring.
• HITL Packaging Approval Records: Timestamped audit logs recording human review, edits, and explicit sign-off authorizing a sponsorship package to be published to localsponsorships.ai. Unapproved draft intake records are never published to the public marketplace.

When a local business, corporate sponsor, or community investor explores packages or submits an inquiry on localsponsorships.ai, we collect and process:

• Buyer Inquiry Contact Capture: Contact name, business or brand name, work email address, phone number, and inquiry message submitted via our sponsor inquiry forms.
• Budget & Interest Preferences: Selected sponsorship tiers, target budget ranges, geographic focus, event categories, and community impact preferences used to match or compare packages.
• Confidential Routing to Verified Nonprofit Sellers: Sponsor inquiry payloads are routed confidentially through the AMA Hub API to the verified nonprofit seller(s) associated with the selected sponsorship package(s) and reviewed by AMA SPC moderation studios for spam prevention.
• Zero Lead-Broker Resale: We never sell sponsor contact details or nonprofit intake contacts to third-party lead brokers, data aggregators, or cold-outreach marketers.

Across amaspc.com and affiliated AMA Network spokes, we also collect:

• AMA SPC Member & Subscriber Data: Name, contact info, billing credentials (processed securely via Stripe), membership or subscription tier, and workspace profile.
• Investor & Stakeholder Data: Accreditation status, governance communications, and access logs for protected corporate disclosures.
• Operational & AI Interaction Telemetry: Prompts, intake extractions, and search queries processed via our Hub API to deliver platform features, enforce rate limits, and maintain security audit trails.

We do not sell your private personal data. We use and share information strictly as follows:

• Cross-Spoke Pilot Fulfillment: Approved nonprofit sponsorship packages created on localnonprofits.ai are published for discovery on localsponsorships.ai, and vetted sponsor inquiries from localsponsorships.ai are delivered to the corresponding verified organization.
• SPC Governance & Impact Reporting: To verify aggregate community benefit metrics under Washington RCW 23B.25.
• Infrastructure & Service Providers: Trusted cloud and payment processors (such as Google Cloud / Firebase and Stripe) bound by strict confidentiality and data processing obligations.
• Legal Compliance: When required by applicable law or valid legal process.

• Access, Correction & Package Withdrawal: Nonprofits and sponsors may request updates to their organization profile, withdraw a published sponsorship package, or correct inquiry records at any time.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account or intake/inquiry data by contacting privacy@amaspc.com or legal@amaspc.com. Note that completed transaction or compliance audit records may be retained where required by law.
