2. The "Community AI Gateway" Guarantee

We operate under a strict Data Sovereignty model:

• No Cross-Training: We do not use your private membership data or RFP strategies to train AI models for your competitors.
• The "Vault" Concept: Your data is stored in your organization's logical silo.
• Auditable Access: AI agents accessing your data do so only with explicit "Keys, Limits, and Receipts."

3. Information We Collect

We collect distinct types of information based on your relationship with us:

• Membership Data: Name, contact info, payment credentials (processed via Stripe), membership tier, and organization profile.
• Investor Data: Accreditation status, investment history, and access logs for the Data Room (treated as highly sensitive).
• Operational Data: RFPs created, vendors contacted, and ad inventory listed across our network.
• AI Interactions: Queries sent to our AI Assistants (e.g., "RFP Assistant") are processed to provide answers but are not permanently used for model training without a license.

4. How We Use Your Information

• Service Delivery: To process membership dues, renew subscriptions, and unlock access to tools like LocalMarketingTool.ai.
• Governance: To manage investor relations and verify our "Social Purpose" impact metrics.
• Network Utility: To facilitate cross-promotion and vendor matching as requested by you.

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell your private data. We share data only:

• Within the Network: Your membership status validates your access to our subsidiary sites (FunList, BusinessCalendar).
• With Service Providers: Payment processors, cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud), and auditors.
• By Law: If compelled by valid legal process.

6. Your Rights

• Access & Correction: You may update your member profile or investor details via your account dashboard.
• Deletion: You may request account deletion by contacting legal@amaspc.com. Note that financial transaction records must be retained for tax purposes.
