AI Access Policy

American Marketing Alliance SPC ("AMA SPC") operates a Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) Community AI Gateway across our 3-site sponsorship ecosystem (amaspc.com, localnonprofits.ai, and localsponsorships.ai) and affiliated AMA Network properties. This policy defines permitted discovery/citation uses, strict intake-protection boundaries, and machine-readable manifest standards (/.well-known/ai-policy.json and /ai-feed.json).

AI crawlers, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) agents, and automated tools must respect the distinct functional boundaries of each pilot spoke:

• localnonprofits.ai (Nonprofit Seller Intake Rail — Protected Intake Boundary): Automated scraping, bot form submission, crawler harvesting of nonprofit intake forms, or extraction of organization contact records for cold outreach or solicitation is strictly prohibited. Unapproved intake drafts are private and off-limits to external crawlers.
• localsponsorships.ai (Sponsor Discovery Marketplace Rail — Attributed Discovery Permitted): Search indexing, RAG retrieval, and answer-engine citation of human-approved public sponsorship packages published on localsponsorships.ai are permitted solely to help sponsors discover verified community opportunities, provided visible source_domain attribution is maintained and contact forms are not automated or spammed.
• amaspc.com (SPC Trust & Governance Layer — Canonical Manifest Host): Public governance disclosures, machine-readable policy manifests (/.well-known/ai-policy.json), and structured Schema.org feeds (/ai-feed.json) may be indexed and cited with attribution to American Marketing Alliance SPC.

Using AMA Network data, nonprofit profiles, or sponsorship packages to pretrain or fine-tune foundation AI models requires an explicit written license under AMA-AI-1.0.

Strictly prohibited activities without written authorization:

• Large Language Model (LLM) pretraining, fine-tuning, or distillation on nonprofit or sponsor data
• Dataset compilation or resale for commercial AI training corpora
• Synthetic Impersonation: Generating synthetic agent personas or deceptive endorsements that impersonate participating nonprofits, event organizers, or business sponsors
• Automated cold-outreach harvesting or unsolicited AI-generated solicitation targeting organizations on localnonprofits.ai or localsponsorships.ai

All AI-assisted answers, citations, or summaries derived from approved AMA Network listings must include visible attribution citing both AMA SPC and the originating spoke source_domain.

Required attribution formats:

Attribution must be clearly visible to end users with a clickable link to the originating spoke (e.g., https://localsponsorships.ai or https://amaspc.com) and cannot be hidden solely in internal metadata.

Commercial redistribution or third-party monetization of AMA Network sponsorship inventory requires a separate licensing agreement.

Examples requiring a commercial license:

• Reselling or syndicating sponsorship package listings or nonprofit directory profiles in paid third-party products
• Building commercial brokerage or lead-generation tools on top of localnonprofits.ai or localsponsorships.ai data
• High-volume programmatic querying beyond public rate limits

Canonical governance endpoints on amaspc.com: /.well-known/ai-policy.json (Policy Manifest) and /ai-feed.json (Schema.org DataFeed).

Automated requests must declare a transparent User-Agent and, where applicable, X-AI-Consumer and X-AI-Purpose headers. Enterprise partners may request higher limits via legal@amaspc.com.

Policy violations may result in:

• Immediate API key and token revocation
• WAF / IP address blocking across all AMA Network spokes
• Legal action for unauthorized scraping, contact harvesting, or commercial misappropriation
• Public governance disclosure of non-compliant crawlers
