This policy governs how AI systems, crawlers, and automated tools may access American Marketing Alliance SPC's public data. Training use requires written authorization. All access must comply with our gateway requirements and attribution standards.

American Marketing Alliance SPC maintains clear, enforceable policies regarding AI access to our content and data. This policy outlines permitted uses, prohibited activities, and technical requirements for AI systems interacting with our platform.
Training Use
Training AI models on AMA data requires explicit written authorization.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Large Language Model (LLM) training
- Machine learning model development
- Dataset creation for AI research
- Fine-tuning existing models
Attribution Requirements
All AI-assisted content derived from our platform must include proper attribution.

Commercial Use

- Reselling or redistributing our data
Non-commercial research, educational use, and personal projects may be permitted under our standard access terms.

Rate Limits
Current API rate limits:
Rate limits may be adjusted based on usage patterns. Enterprise users may request higher limits by contacting legal@amaspc.com.
Enforcement & Violations
Policy violations may result in:
- Immediate API key revocation
- IP address blocking
- Legal action for unauthorized commercial use
- Public disclosure of violations
We monitor all access and maintain detailed logs for compliance verification.
