AI Data License

This license governs the use of data and content from American Marketing Alliance SPC by artificial intelligence systems, automated crawlers, and other programmatic access methods.

• Search & Indexing: Accessing public event data through our API endpoints for search purposes
• Citation & Reference: Using our data with proper attribution to AMA SPC
• Analysis: Non-commercial research and analysis with appropriate disclosure
• Integration: Displaying our events in applications with proper attribution

• AI Model Training: Using our data to train LLMs or other AI models without explicit written license
• Commercial Resale: Redistributing or reselling our data without licensing agreement
• Unauthorized Access: Circumventing authentication, rate limits, or access controls
• Missing Attribution: Using our data without proper source attribution
• Scraping: Unauthorized automated scraping outside our official API

To apply for a license for AI training, commercial use, or other special purposes, submit a request to legal@amaspc.com including:

• Organization Details: Name, website, and primary contact information
• Intended Use Case: Detailed description of how you plan to use our data
• Expected Volume: Estimated requests per day/month
• Attribution Method: How you will credit AMA SPC in your application
• Data Handling: How you will store, process, and protect our data

We typically respond to license requests within 5 business days.
