AI Data License (AMA-AI-1.0)

The AMA-AI-1.0 Network-Wide AI Data License ("License") governs the access, indexing, retrieval, and citation of public data and structured content published by American Marketing Alliance SPC ("AMA SPC") by artificial intelligence systems, answer engines, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, and automated crawlers.

This umbrella license explicitly covers three primary classes of community ecosystem data across our 3-site pilot and affiliated AMA Network spokes:

• Verified Sponsorship Package Listings (localsponsorships.ai): Human-approved sponsorship tiers, pricing ranges, event/program descriptions, audience reach metrics, and community impact summaries published for sponsor discovery.
• Approved Nonprofit Organization Profiles (localnonprofits.ai): Publicly approved 501(c)(3) and community organization summaries, mission statements, and verified sponsorship readiness metadata (strictly excluding private intake forms, unapproved drafts, and protected representative contact records).
• SPC Governance Metadata & Structured Feeds (amaspc.com): Social Purpose Corporation governance disclosures, /.well-known/ai-policy.json, /ai-feed.json (Schema.org DataFeed), and affiliated AMA Network directory/event metadata.

Subject to strict compliance with Section 3 (Prohibited Uses) and Section 4 (Attribution & source_domain Requirements), AMA SPC grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license for:

• Search & Discovery Indexing: Indexing human-approved public sponsorship packages on localsponsorships.ai and governance pages on amaspc.com to surface local sponsorship opportunities to prospective sponsors.
• Answer-Engine & RAG Citation: Retrieving approved public package summaries in response to live user queries with prominent source_domain citation and direct links back to the canonical listing.
• Civic & Ecosystem Research: Non-commercial analysis of regional nonprofit sponsorship availability and Social Purpose Corporation community impact metrics.
• Authorized Gateway Integrations: Consuming /ai-feed.json and Hub API endpoints using valid authentication headers (X-AI-Consumer, X-AI-Purpose, X-AI-Key).

Without a separate written license agreement executed by AMA SPC, you may NOT engage in any of the following:

• Unauthorized Model Pretraining or Fine-Tuning: Using verified sponsorship package listings (localsponsorships.ai), nonprofit organization profiles (localnonprofits.ai), or SPC governance feeds (amaspc.com) to train, pretrain, fine-tune, or distill foundation models, LLMs, or commercial ML datasets.
• Synthetic Impersonation of Nonprofits or Sponsors: Generating synthetic voices, personas, automated outreach agents, or fabricated endorsements that impersonate participating nonprofit organizations, community event organizers, or local business sponsors.
• Intake Form Scraping & Contact Harvesting: Scraping or harvesting nonprofit seller intake workflows on localnonprofits.ai, extracting organization or sponsor contact details, or submitting automated/AI-generated spam inquiries on localsponsorships.ai.
• Commercial Resale or Unattributed Syndication: Redistributing, white-labeling, or reselling AMA Network sponsorship inventory or removing source_domain provenance metadata.
• Circumvention of Guardrails: Bypassing rate limits, authentication headers, or robots/manifest directives.

Every AI-generated response, search snippet, or application view incorporating data licensed under AMA-AI-1.0 must display clear, user-visible attribution identifying both American Marketing Alliance SPC (amaspc.com) and the originating spoke source_domain:

To apply for a commercial integration license, higher API rate limits, or authorized research access, submit a written request to legal@amaspc.com including:

• Organization Details: Legal entity name, website, and primary technical/legal contact information
• Intended Use Case: Detailed description of how you plan to use amaspc.com, localnonprofits.ai, or localsponsorships.ai data
• Expected Query Volume: Estimated requests per day/month across our endpoints
• Attribution & Provenance Implementation: How your interface will display source_domain citations to end users
• Data Security & Non-Impersonation Controls: Safeguards preventing unauthorized training, contact harvesting, or synthetic impersonation

We typically review and respond to license applications within 5 business days.

Key data stewardship protections under AMA-AI-1.0 include:

• Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) organizational sign-off before any nonprofit package enters public discovery feeds
• Strict separation between public discovery metadata and private intake/inquiry contact payloads
• End-to-end TLS encryption and comprehensive access logging
• Continuous auditing for crawler compliance across all active spokes
